Reliability Test
Our products or materials shall insure the following condition test according to different requirements from customer to qualify necessary application environment. The standard test criteria for TFT and wide temperature LCD are as follows,

Keep in +70±2°C 240hrs Surrounding Temp., then storage at normal condition 4 hrs. |

High Temperature Storage |
Keep in +80±2°C 240hrs Surrounding Temp., then storage at normal condition 4 hrs. |

Low Temperature Operation |
Keep in -20±2°C 240hrs Surrounding Temp., then storage at normal condition 4 hrs. |
|
|
Low Temperature Storage |
Keep in -30±2°C 240hrs Surrounding Temp., then storage at normal condition 4 hrs. |
|
|
High Temp./High Humidity Storage |
Keep in +60°C, 90%RH for 240hrs Surrounding Temp., then storage at normal condition 4 hrs. (Excluding polarizer). |

|
Temperature cycling Storage |
-30°C(30mins)->+25°C(5mins)->+80°C(30mins)->+25°C(5mins) 10 Cycles, then storage at normal condition 4 hrs. |

ESD Test |
Air Discharge Apply 2KV with 5 times Discharge for each polarity+/- |
Contact Discharge Apply 250V with 5 times Discharge for each polarity+/- |

Vibration Test (Packaged) |
Sine wave 10~55HZ frequency(1min/sweep) The amplitude of vibration: 1.5mm Each direction (X.Y.Z) duration for 2 hrs. |

Drop Test (Packaged) |
Drop Height: 122cm Direction: 1 corner/3 edges/6 sides each time |
